I am going away for 3 months in summer (3rd July - 10th September), and I am renting out my room for a bargain price over this period (or shorter period), so if you are looking for short term place in a nicely situated flat, with all amenities and a cool place to chill, then this will be ideal, it has a large lounge/dinning area with kitchen and bathroom on ground floor and rooms upstairs.

I am going to be sharing will 2 other flatmates when I move in on 1st July, however because I will be going away and possibly my other flatmates also you might have the place to yourselves.
