As a Freelance Chef I place a strong emphasis on sourcing my own contracts as opposed to relying on a third party. I have developed a website www.chefexec.co.uk to showcase who I am and what I am about and would like to take this opportunity to invite you to take a look and consider me should you have the need either now or in the future; whether it be short-term holiday cover or to tide you over longer-term whilst you consider recruiting permanent members within your brigade.
With over ten years experience in the industry, six years of which at a Head Chef level and to a 3 Rosette standard I am a passionate and enthusiastic member of any brigade; and consider myself highly competent throughout all sections of the kitchen with a particular aptitude for pastry.
I hold the Advanced Food Safety certificate alongside extensive training in the principles of HACCP, NVQ Level-3 and am a Personal License holder. My most recent projects include Crown Hotel, Exford; Eaves Hall Country Hotel, Clitheroe; Hazlewood Castle, Tadcaster; and Fait De La Mair, Guernsey. References are available upon request.
I am at present developing a kitchen in Somerset, but will be available to commence my next contract as from the 9th of November. My rates begin at £12.50 per hour and I contract on a self-employed basis; thus without a need for agency fees and other contributions to be payable by your company.
