Hi, i'm a 28yr old art director looking to let a 1 or 2 bed apartment short term. I'd be looking to rent it for 3 months or month by month basis with a view to extend. I'm ready to move asap. Parking would be a bonus but no essential. I've got a decent budget for the right place, and the closer to the centre the better.
