My client based in Leeds are currently looking to recruit for a Senior Administrator to work within their busy team. The job will be providing high quality and confidential office administration office and assisting the Manager when necessary.
Duties Include:
- Undertake secretarial/administrative duties and supporting specific projects/research as required
- Handling correspondence and preparing responses to enquiries
- Filing and record keeping: establishing and maintaining effective manual and computerised system
- Management of diaries: schedule appointments and organise meetings
- Arranging meeting and preparing agendas
- Booking accommodation and travel arrangements
- Reception duties: meeting and greeting visitors, screening and prioritising telephone calls
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience of dealing with confidential information
- Strong IT skills
- Good organisation skills
