The role of Team Leader requires Leadership and providing a quality service. Team Leaders drive business growth by inspiring outstanding customer service. That will be your challenge as a Team Leader, where you'll performance manage and develop a team of 15+, ensuring they're on top of their game when serving our customers.

 

What you'll give our customers as a Team Leader

By providing inspirational leadership, coaching and support, you'll ensure that each team member knows their role, so that our customers are served by exceptional staff. That means creating an environment where SLAs are met and customer satisfaction ensured, while regularly providing constructive feedback, dealing with internal team issues and ensuring that operational standards are adhered to.

What you'll need as a Team Leader

Success is measured by your ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need proven experience within a customer service and operational environment, along with a sound knowledge of financial services. Naturally, we're expecting team leadership experience, so we really want to hear from people who have managed a team of over 15 staff within a call centre environment. Top that all off with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, and you'll have everything we're looking for from a Team Leader.
