Billings Administrator Job - Leeds
I am recruiting for a Billings Administrator job in Leeds. This Billings Administrator job in Leeds is working for a fast growing and profitable National organisation in Leeds with multiple sites across the UK. This billings Administrator Job is available for an immediate start and will be on a temporary to permanent basis.
Job duties include:
- Maintaining client database to ensure billings is produced accurate
- Producing Billings for large variety of clients across the UK including large and small businesses and public sector organisations
- Checking and verifying ad-hoc billings
- Billings queries
- Liaising with clients and internal contacts to resolve billings queries
- Other ad-hoc related duties
- Filing
- Working on Excel
- Working in a team environment

Skills required:
- Must have Sales Ledger or Billings experience - if you do not have sales ledger or billings experience, your application will not be considered
- Must have strong IT skills including Excel
