Double room available in unusual house on a quiet, green street overlooking Gledhow Valley Woods, five minutes walk from Chapel Allerton and all its facilities. Built of wood, the house has many eco-features, including a turf roof. It's large and spacious, with two living areas, open plan kitchen, shower room, bathroom. We have the usual mod-cons: bills are included in the rent, including wireless broadband, gas, electricity and council tax. We are a bit older than the average house sharer, so we're looking for a professional person who is mature (in outlook if not in age), house-trained, but also up for hanging out and enjoying the odd shared meal and bottle of wine together. We have varied interests as a bunch from meditation, running, yoga, to world music, permaculture and cooking. £300pcm.
