Hi,
we are a local letting agent based in Leeds city centre and we are currently very busy with tenants waiting for suitable property.
We specialise in Leeds centre/Leeds South areas and are currently looking for rental property in these area due to increased demand.

We currently have 2 seperate families who are fully reference and bond/deposit waiting..ready to move now..
We charge a one off 'tenant finder' fee of £80 if this is all you require (no tenant, no fee) and if you require we can manage the property from then on for 5% of the monthly rental.
All tenants are fully credit checked and we don't accept DSS tenants unless the landlord is happy with this.
