A Scheme Co-ordinator (Elderly Shelters) is required for our client based in West Yorkshire.
The Scheme Co-ordinator shall:
1) Comply with current company policies, procedures and service standards.
2) Improve performance through attendance at warden meetings and internal and external training.
3) At all times, work on information with outside agencies to maintain and improve services to residents: be courteous and helpful towards residents, the general public and outside agencies. Keep concise and accurate records of all activities, appointments, incidents and non-incidents in the office page diary and details of any follow-up action if needed.
The key responsibilities of the Scheme Co-ordinator are as follows:
- develop good relationships with residents
- dealing with emergencies when they arise
- maintain communal facilities
- administrative duties
- heating safety and security
- dealing with petty cash when required
The successful candidate will be working 35 hours per week and will need to hold a current enhanced CRB for this role.
