Offered...large attic bedroom within 3 bedroom flat in Hyde Park area of Leeds, just off Kirkstall Road, 15 minute walk from city centre, popular location, close to local amenities.

The room is available from mid-November, but this is negotiable as I am flexible of when I can move out.

Living with 2 girls, but male or female housemates will be considered.
Only £237 per month, bills not included (but would be split 3 ways), works out at £55 per week. Lease until end of June. Bond is usually £250, but am willing to lower to £200 in order to get someone quickly. Bond (£250) is refundable at end of lease, I will ensure all paperwork is sorted with the letting agents.
