We have a spare room in a 5 bed house in Headingley. It is opposite for Becketts Park Leeds Met Campus so it is handy if you study at uni there. It is a short walk to the shops and bars and bus stops. If you study in the city centre (same as 3 of us already in the house) then there are regular buses.

The rent is £65 a week, this does not include bills. The house is quite big. The kitchen includes washing machine, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers. The Lounge has 2 sofas, tv, play station and dvd player. Each bedroom comes with a double bed, curtains, desk, chair and wardrobe. The bedroom that is available also has a smaller table and plenty of extra storage space. We have a lovely big garden and have a gardener that comes every two weeks that the landlord pays for. We have a long drive that fits 4 or 5 cars on so if you have a car then there is plenty of space!

three girls and one guy live in the house at the moment, two of are in our final year at Leeds Met and the other two are on placement years. . All easy going laid back people who enjoys night out and in.
