ROLE OVERVIEW
The core function of the business is providing software packages into a wide variety of businesses and offering integrated complementary products to ‘tailor made’ solutions for customers and prospects.
The role involves developing strong relationships with clients and gaining new business opportunities.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and drive sales through these relationships
• The ability to work towards and achieve set targets
• Ability to cross sell, up sell and identify new business opportunities
• Ability to highlight features and benefits, objection handling
• High levels of self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Be open to new training initiatives to ensure that product knowledge is kept up to date
• To proactively contribute to the success of the team

THE ROLE IN DEPTH
• Follow a structured customer contact process
• Understand individual conversion ratios in order to attain targets set
• Maintain awareness and understanding of products
• Maximise potential for lead generation and sales opportunities
• Respond to all request/queries in an appropriate and positive manner within agreed time scales
• Managing the prospect database, updating all prospects information
• Following up direct mail/ e-mail campaigns and marketing seminars.
• Researching prospects and preparing information packs for the sales team.

All candidates must be computer literate, possess a proven track record in sales, deliver an outgoing personality and hold the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and staff at all levels.

This exciting role is offering a competitive salary of up to £16k plus a scalable, realistic and achievable commission incentive OTE £25k! In addition to the individual bonus structure, there is a team bonus as well as weekly incentives due to excellent performance.
