I have a 2 Bedroom Flat in Dulverton Green in Cottingley.

This has been adapted for an Elderly/Disabled Person and includes a Wet Floor Shower Bathroom.

We have a very large living room which is currently being redecorated

Theres a Kitchen,1 Medium and 1 Small Bedroom.

We have PVC doors and Double Glazed windows throughout as well as a Garden at the rear of the property.

This is a quiet part of the estate and we have lived here for 5 years but need to move due to not having space or adaquate Bathing Facilities for our 2 Children Aged 5 and 2 Years.

We are looking for a Large 2 or 3 Bedroom house in LS11 and LS27 and will consider any options that you may have.
