My Client is currently looking to add a senior web developer to their growing team, after 14 years they have developed the business into what they feel a successful and vibrant company, providing a great place to work with fantastic opportunities to progress.

The role they are looking to fill will be responsible for

- Designing , developing, building and testing websites for our clients.
- Working with our other web developers, business developemtn staff and client facing colleagues to service the needs of our customers.
- To keep a consistant high level of quality work being produced.
- To assist less experienced developers in there work to progress them.

You will be responsible to the Development Team Lead, my client currently has some of the most innovative minds in the UK working for them, the ideal candidate will have an open mind which is filled with new and exciting ideas to bring to the company.

You will have web developers and junior developers to lead while also maintaining regular contact with the business development team and account managers.

For the job itself you will be producing web code ( e.g. Java, CSS, PHP, ASP, JSP, etc.) to standard and specification, you will use the peer review process to assess the work produced by you and your colleagues. The job also consists of producing web sites templates/structures or web application framework/architectures for other web developers/designers to populate. You will provide input to the designs for new projects while working to my clients practices and procedures.

Salary : £36 - £ 41k
