I'm looking for someone to rent my flat while I'm away for 6-7 months working in Australia from June.

It is a very nice, modern and spacious one-bedroom flat with a decent size private garden for the coming summer BBQ! There's also an allocated parking space. It's less than 10mins drive to the city centre, regular buses and the bus stop is just outside the estate.

All kitchen and utilities appliances are provided. Other electrical gadgets (TV,surround sound system, DVD player etc.) can also be left for your convenience. We can discuss what you'd like me to leave in the flat.
