My client based in Leeds are seeking an experienced professional to work within their team. The role will be supporting the work of the team, assisting in all administrative aspects of the project.
Duties Include:
- Organising and attending relevant meetings as required
- Diary management
- Report writing
- Handling phone queries and correspondence
- Recording all details on an Excel spreadsheet
- Undertaking amendments to the database
- Distributing appropriate reports in consultation with the various groups of users.
Skills Required:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in database management
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
