We are looking for a Care Manager (Branch Manager/Registered Manager) (Domiciliary Care/Homecare) for our client who provides Homecare services to a mixture of Social Services Contracts and Private clients covering the Leeds Area.

The Care Manager (Branch Manager/Registered Manager) will need to be a strong manager who can take control of the Branch on a day to day basis who will possess the skills to put processes in place and see them through. As the Care Manager (Registered Manager/Branch Manager) of this homecare service you will be hands on but also have the ability to delegate, empower and make sure that timescales and service delivery is met ensuring quality care is delivered to our clients.

The Salary for the Care manager job will be £22-24K with free parking in Leeds city Centre - Bonus is dependant on the branch hitting targets but can be up to 30% of annual salary.

This homecare/Domiciliary care branch is a high profile branch so the successful manager could enjoy fantastic prospects with an national provider.
