house to exchange required asap

i have a 2bed house on swarcliffe drive near parade of shops,nice neighbours close 2 schools,bus stops to xgates/town down road,pub and club on same road i want a exchange to be nearer my kids school (beechwood primary as i dont drive so bit of a walk everyday with young children and dont want to move schools now there settled.i have a nice small size garden at back and front so easy to maintain and drive gates with room 4 a car if desired,kitchen is a newly styled council one in beech.livingroom is large wiv front and rear pvc windows,bedroom at back is fairly big and front bedroom is bigger wiv a window each side,bathrooms got newly fitted sink and bath and seperate toilet in next room.small hallway behind front door when you go in. Iwould like a 3bedroom or large 2 considered in ls14 near beechwood primary or within walking distance with tidy garden so children can play safely and on a nice quite street with no hidden problems just a general reason 4 wanting to move ie no beds etc i expect to decorate as tastes will differ so just clean and tidy really no timewasters please
