3 Bed council exchange from Beeston

I have a 3 bed house in a quiet area of Beeston on Northcote Green to swap for a large 2 bed property in part of South Leeds, though other areas considered too.

My house has one large bedroom and 2 smaller boxroom types, dont let this put you off, my kids have lived quite happily in them for years. I have a large kitchen comprising of kitchen/dining area. The house has gas central heating [radiators] and new upvc windows. I have one secured front garden and a smaller rear garden that is fenced off. The area is very quiet and i have decent neighbours, many of have lived in their same house for years. A friendly area! I also have a garage i rent from the council at the rear of the property.

What i require is another property in Leeds that is tidy, quiet and has some parking facilities, preferably a drive or a garage. I will consider most areas within 5 miles of Leeds City Centre [not east end park, gipton etc]. Please email me using the link provided.
