I have recently gotten a new job based near the Owlcotes centre in Pudsey and want to move somewhere nearby if possible or at least somewhere that's in an ok area and is easily commutable by public transport ( i don't drive ). I've posted an ad for a 1 bedroom flat also on here but i thought i'd give this a go as well seeing as sharing is lots cheaper.

I'm a 33 year old professional working male currently working and living in Sheffield until i start my new job. I don't smoke and don't usually go out much during the working week. I'm fairly easy going and when not watching TV or in the pub i'll probably spend most of my time on the computer playing games. I don't smoke and i only drink socially, also I've no pets.

I need to move between the 19th and the 26th of July, ideally the sooner the better though.

What i am after is a large room in a nice house with probably at most 2 more people living there. En suite preferable but as long as there's no queue in the mornings outside the bathroom it's not much of an issue if there's not an en suite. Flatmates shouldn't be too young or too old, i don't need to live in a house that has party's every night for example, i much prefer a good quiet nights sleep when i have work the next day.
