Hi I have a double Room available in my houseshare in Chapel Allerton (LS8 4DX)

Its a victorian terrace, wood floors throughout, fireplaces, loads of character, massive basement, garden, on street parking. Room available is a loft room, high ceiling, furnished.

House has cable telly (top package), wifi net, phone, usual amenties. Bills come to about 60 a month. Rent is about 240, bond is 250, and is a six month contract. Hendys run the contract so forms and admin fee applicable, sorry.

Im russ, 24/m/young prof. I work during the week, with evenings spent going to the gym, playing footy etc, nothing abnormal like arranging my spoons or farming beetles! Like hitting the pub for the footy or a pub quiz with the girls (louise and clare) in the house, and we save our partying for the weekend.

Anyway looking for a guy now to keep this house in balance, with me and the other 2 girls, a couple of teachers, both in their early twenties like me. Hopefully find someone who likes to bbq in the summer (already made use of the garden several times for some sizzling meat and cold beers!), alfresco drinking, lounging in the park, having friends round, cooking, basically a good lot!
