Property & Lettings Co-Ordinator Required

We are a Leeds City Centre based property development company of which has an opening for a new position within the company.

We are looking for someone of graduate calibre who is wanting to work in a dynamic environment whilst being offered the potential to further their career. No property experience is necessary however we are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and is looking forward to a new challenge.

In return you will be offered a basic salary of £14,000 - £16,000 (dependant on skill).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- co-ordination of both residential & commercial lettings
- liasing with both residential & commercial tenants & owners
- maintaining reports
- co-ordination & appointment of maintenance contractors for all blocks
- setting budgets for service charges of all blocks
- carrying out routine inspections of all blocks to ensure in prime condition
- offer administrative support to the sales & lettings department
- work occasional saturdays in support of open days being held at developments

You must be a driven person who enthuses ambition and professionalism. It will be key to this job role that you are highly organised and a proficient user of microsoft office. An outgoing personaility is essential in order to build relationships with tenants, owners and contractors.
