i have a spare fully furnished double bedroom in a 4 bed house in Kirkstall available from 1st july and another spare room from 1st august.

its a great location just opposite kirkstall abbey and 5 mins walk away from morrisons. there are regular bus stops at the top and bottom of the road into town and horsforth every 10 mins or so. headingly train station is just 5 mins walk up the road.
rent is £330 a month which includes phone line, internet, water, tv license, gas and electricity.
