hi my names Andrew and i have a room available from the 1st june - 31st august but this is flexible and could extend until mid september. my house is located in woodhouse just a 5 minute walk from leeds university. it is shared by 6 of us however we will all be letting out over the summer.

all the bedrooms are fully furnished, have double beds and are reasonably spacious. there is 1 shared kitchen and two shared bathrooms. the kitchen has all the standard appliances, a large fridge, a freezer, microwave, cooker and also has a washing machine and dryer. there is also a spacious livingroom with a tv in. the rent is £65pw however this includes gas, electricity, heating, water and virgin media wireless broadband and tv package.
