The Role:
This company's Business Advancement Programme is a 5-stage fast-track programme to a Management career, where you will be able to assist/manage campaigns on behalf of an array of Blue Chip clients from the FTSE 100.

The focus will be to structure your career by encouraging you to pursue new opportunities within the company.

You will be given the opportunity to run an office, hire and manage your own team and gain business knowledge that will help you to succeed anywhere.

You will actively participate in everything from Sales, Marketing, PR and Customer service, to Operations & Finance. As you progress, you will be tested and evaluated to determine your proficiency in these areas.
