My client based in Leeds are currently recruiting a PA to support a team of Managers. The job will involve providing support to the Management team in all aspects of the day to day operation of the organisation.
Duties Include :
- Attending relevant meetings and take minutes as required
- Maintaining holiday and sickness records
- Maintaining accurate KPI reports
-Facilitate the smooth day to day running of the office
- General support & liaison between staff members
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Extensive diary and email management
- Typing and coordinating correspondence, memos, letters and reports
- Screening all incoming calls and ensuring only essential calls are connected
- Handling customer complaints in a sensitive manner
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills. They must have experience of prioritising and working to deadlines.
