A small business partnership is seeking office space around North Leeds - Roundhay/Shadwell area.

It is for 2 people so ideally somewhere between 90-250 square feet

we want total cost for the 12 month rental to not exceed 6k and that includes taxes but are hoping to get something considerably cheaper than this
