Hi,

We have a large double room that might interest you. It's in a shared house in LS15, behind Temple Newsam, only 3 miles from the city centre and 1 mile from the major motorways.

The room has an iron double bed, wardrobe and 2 sets of drawers. The room is well decorated with wooden floorboards.

Others in the house are all laid back tidy people who are easy to get on with. They enjoy the usual social stuff like nights out, trips to the gym etc.
It's only £300pm which doesn't include bills but you will not be expected to pay council tax.
