Ideally, potential applicants must have the follow skills/attributes:

• At least one year of experience in a restaurant environment
• First-rate communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
• A charming and confident manner
• A genuine zeal for providing great guest service
• Immaculate presentation
• A hard working and positive attitude
• Aspirations for further training and development

Successful applicants are required to attend our renowned Gaucho Academy for a week of training before starting in the restaurant.
