This position is reporting to the Finance Manager and is responsible for the accurate, complete and timely Financial Reporting for UK Healthcare entities; responsible for the ensuring strong internal financial controls within both key business processes managed and wider business; responsible for Balance Sheet, Plan & Forecasts; assistance with managing & co-ordinating mid year, hard close and year end audits with external auditors. The role will also be responsible for local Treasury function, delivering maximum cash to HQ; responsible for the Corporation Tax liabilities of the businesses via Group Tax and to assist in preparation of statutory accounts for all legal entities. This role demands a professionally qualified accountant with several years post qualified; strong IT skills such as JDE, Hyperion and Summit knowledge; previous experience working with internal and external auditors; strong financial control and reporting awareness and strong commercial awareness. This position would suit a confident self starter who uses their initiative and can work independently with little supervision.This role is to start ASAP and is paying in the region of £35,000 to £45,000, on an equivalent salary.
