Starting salary is £6.50 per hour plus gratuities dependant on experience.

Generally working hours

Wednesday – Friday 5.30pm – Close
Saturday 11.30am – Close
Sunday 11.30am – 5 pm

Previous relevant experience is essential, whether in a similar role or a front of house supervisor. We are looking for a 'can do' attitude! The successful applicant will be flexible, friendly and outgoing, have a strong work ethic and be prepared to adapt to quite a strict method of working. Must be competent on both bar and restaurant style service with a good knowledge of wine. Experience of cellar work including cask ales will be an advantage.
