One spare room available in a 4 bedroom house, just on the outskirts of town near St James hospital. The house is quite old along with the decoration, but all bedrooms have been recently carpeted and painted! and the owner isn't bothered if we want to update anything ourselves :)

Prefereably looking for a female housemate, as i being female, am outnumbered by 2 boys! we are aged between 19 - 23 and would like someone of similar age.

Have to like animals as we have a dog, a hamster and 2 rats :)

We are all music lovers, especially rock genre's so it would be nice to have someone with similar interests, however we are all easy going so this wouldnt be an issue if not. We like to go out on nights out and to gigs, although i'm a student so the noise has to be kept down once in a while so i can do my work!
