Collections Team Leader - Leeds £20-25,000 per annum
Our client is seeking an experienced Collections Team Leader to drive their business growth through strong leadership, performance management and development of your team. By managing the Collections and Recoveries team within their Consumer Lending department, you'll ensure that the organisation benefits from the most effective collections and recoveries actions. You'll provide the inspirational leadership necessary to motivate your team to meet and exceed delivery timescales. By building close relationships with staff members, you'll be managing and delivering consistent service improvements while dealing with queries from collection and recoveries agents.

What you'll need:
On top of your sound understanding of the customer lending cycle and strong financial awareness, you'll need to have  team leader experience   and collections background . You'll also need the ability to make decisions on matters not covered by specific guidelines and support this with a good knowledge of collections and recoveries policies and procedures. Experience within a collections or recoveries environment will also be an advantage. We'll judge you on your ability and nothing else.
