Job Description
Under the guidance of the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the rooms and food and beverage functions within this property. You will be able to maximise all aspects of profitability through revenue generation and productivity whilst maintaining the companies brand standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
* Developing revenue strategies and sales initiatives
* Ensuring structured training and development is implemented
* Controlling all costs ie, expenses, wastage, breakages, stock control
* Coaching your management team
* Implementation of service standards
* Forecasting
* Risk Assessments
* Recruitment
* Appraisals
* Duty Management
Required Experience
Suitable candidates must be used to working with brand standards and will have had previous experience within a large corporate hotel environment. You will display a proactive attitude towards you work and predominantly have come from and F and B background. You should have had some previous rooms involvement. You should constantly be seeking opportunities for self development be team focused, have an ability to plan and prioritise and be passionate about the industry.
Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role is £25,000- £30,000. This also comes with excellent company benefits that include:- Uniform Meals on Duty Use of Leisure Club, Health care on completion of 3 months, Employee Discounts within the group, Company Pension Scheme on completion of 1 year and bonus
