I am moving to the area from Inverness and am looking for a 1/2 bedroomed apartment or house in the Dewsbury / Wakefield area. Would prefer furnished and to have a car park space. I am employed (relcoating to the area - will be working as a staff nurse) and can provide previous landlord / employee and bank references along with deposit and guarantor ( if guarantor is required). I am 30 year old woman who will be on own and no pets and I am a non smoker.
