REIKI
Why not treat yourself to Reiki. REIKI is Excellent for relaxation and treating stress. REIKI is a truly relaxing treatment that promotes self healing. This treatment can release the trapped emotions & stresses, which can prevent the body from healing. REIKI is a holistic therapy that concentrates on balancing the 7 main chakras (energy centres) of the body. These chakras can be instrumental in our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual energies. Treatment is carried out with client fully clothed and involves the practitioner placing hands in positions so as to channel REIKI energy to the chakras.
Treatment last approx 1 hour and costs £25. Course of 3 treatments is recommended initially.

REIKI TRAINING

HOLISTIC MASSAGE
Relaxing and invigorating massage to relieve tired muscles and muscle tension. Removes toxins from body tissues and allows for lymphatic drainage. The skin's natural functions will be stimulated improving the condition of the skin and the warmth created will help relax the body physically and mentally.
1 hr back, shoulders, arms & legs £30, back,neck & shoulders 30 mins £25. NB. Due to the number of inappropriate enquiries I have had I must stress that underwear must be worn and the client will be draped with towels.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Relax and unwind from the daily stresses of life with an Indian Head Massage. It assists you to cope better with daily routine and increased concentration. You may find you have renewed energy through the relief of mental and physical fatigue. Excellent for Toxin removal and for those sat at a computer for long periods of time. Treatment lasts approx 45 mins 1 treatment costs £25.
