Office Accounts Administrator
Bookkeeper required to work in the accounts department, reporting to the Managing Director. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts, from maintaining ledger, to credit control, through to processing of wages, VAT returns, and monthly reporting.
The Bookkeeper must have previous accounts experience, and be familiar with maintaining ledgers. It would be beneficial for the bookkeeper to have experience in PAYE, VAT returns, and monthly reporting although this is not essential. Experience of sage line 50 would be advantageous as well as excel although again not necessary. The Bookkeeper should have a professional outlook and be capable of working in an open plan office.
