Due to unforseen financial difficulty I am having to rent out my Double Room in my house in Hyde Park on Harold Grove. 10 mins fast walk to uni or 15 mins if you want to take it slow.

The room is large and nice and light as it is in the attic, although there is possibility to have a 1st floor room if preferred. The rent is very cheap at £51, and no deposit is required. Rental period starts beginning of August.

There are two other people in the house. One of them Sam has just finished his Masters in Philosophy and will be working next year. He is a great optimist and loves to cook. David is a Phd Student in Victorian Literature. He is really thoughtful and clean (although not obsessive). The guys are relatively quiet during the week, with a few nights at the pub, but things liven up a bit generally at the weekend. I will be really sorry to leave these guys and would not be doing so in other circumstances.
