Chef de Partie, £16,000 - £17,000. A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie for this BRAND NEW Boutique Hotel located in Leeds. Working in a large chef brigade the candidate will need to have a minimum of 2 years in a Chef de Partie position and a similar establishment would benefit.

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Chef de Partie required (Rosette experience would benefit) to work in this excellent Boutique Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality ingredients. To work with a very talented and experienced Head Chef, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurants success. Various shift patterns, 5 out of 7 days.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Catering qualifications and/or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a similar establishment is essential. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
