Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to begin a 2-4 week contract, initially, tomorrow.

There is a good chance this role will be extended further than the 4 weeks, also the possibility of going permanent later down the line!

The position will be taking calls from customers who are experiencing problems with their central heating/boilers. You will be logging the fault, dealing with complaints and coordinating engineers to visit on site to repair problems. The position will also involve accurate inputting skills and administration.

Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday (there is flexibility for the right candidate)
