Looking for a professional female who is easy going, keeps place clean,likes to spend time together as flatmates but also respects own space to share with 31 yr old. I work in leeds city centre as a PA and I like going to gigs, cooking, swimming going to nice restaurants/bars. The flat is immaculate and the room for rent is large with double bed the flat consists of all mod cons including dishwasher, carparking space, balcony, gardens. Bills will be on top of the rent but work out about £100 a month on top of rent.
