Unfortunetly I have to move out as I have a placement in London. The room I need filling is very large, double bed, two windows, all furnishings and you would be sharing with 4 other people, 3 men, 1 woman, age range 21-25, all are students, but all work too. Very friendly. The rent is £60 p/w with a £300 deposit, but the deposit would most definitely be returned as the landlords are very nice, or this can be negotiated. The bedroom available is the 2nd floor, front facing and once again, is very spacious. There are two bathrooms, one of which has just been fitted, living room and newly fitted kitchen.
