Currently 3 students are occupying the house but a fourth is needed as soon as possible The rent is £250 a month, not including bills, but they are shared between all tenants. The room has a double bed and overlooks the average sized back garden. Parking is available as the house has a long driveway. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, an upstairs bathroom and seperate toilet, and a kitchen and lounge. The bus stop is only 3 minutes walk up the road and there is a frenquent bus service into Leeds.
Unfortunately, due to the original fourth tenant being unable to take up the room, an agreement will have to be reached with the landlord with regards to the potential new tenant paying a deposit.
