Hi,
We have a spare double bedroom in a large house in Chapel Allerton. There is a spare bedroom, a dining room and a large cellar as well as all the usual things. The room itself is light and big, with a fire place and is well decorated. It would be suitable for a couple (and the there is a lot of extra space in the house too). There are 4 of us living here - all mid to late 20s, working in Leeds, sociable but not noisy. It is a private landlord (and a friend) which makes rent cheaper than it should be, and bills are split 5 ways. There is WiFi and lots of TV channels already in!
