Hello!

I'm a 21 year old theatre and performance student at the university of Leeds. I have a room available sharing with me, another girl, and four boys. We are a mix of people studying drama/law/history/film. We all have demanding courses so like to work hard...but we are also very sociable. We love clubbing, snowboarding, surfing, playstation (mainly the boys), chilling in front of the TV.

The house is 7-bedroom (all double), on Victoria road (10mins from university, 10secs from hyde park pub), it has a full-furnished kitchen, bathroom, living room and a cellar which provides extra storage and has a pool table. all rooms are double bed. there is a garden.

The rent is paid quarterly (thats £754 every three months) that works out to £57 pw.

The contract is 1st of July 08--30th June 09. The contract has started so we need someone asap.
