LUTO (Leeds University Testing Organization) Research is a company which tests medicine information leaflets and packaging on behalf of pharmaceutical companies to ensure that the information is easy for people to understand.

In order to do this we need to recruit participants of all ages (over 18 years and who can read English), and ask them to read a medicine information leaflet and then answer questions about it.

I have appointments available for this week or early next week if you would like to tell me a day and time which would be convenient for you.

Taking part in a study involves reading a medicine leaflet and then answering some questions about it.

It usually takes no more than 30 minutes and participants receive £20.00 each for their help and assistance.

We are keen to recruit people to take part in studies. It would help us a lot if you would send us some information about yourself. We need this only because we try to include people from a range of backgrounds and ages in our studies.
 
Information we need

    1. your name;
    2. age and date of birth
    3. contact phone number;
    4. occupation (or last occupation if you are retired or out of work);
    5. your highest educational qualification;
    6. the names of any medicines you take regularly.
 
We will then get in touch with you to ask you to take part in a study.
