We are looking for an experienced General Manager for a multi site establishment with a turnover of £ 1.2 Million.
Are you managing a commercial site with profitable margins?
Are you an experienced General Manager with the right attitude to make a difference?
Do you have 5 ***** Hotel / Michelin back round within contract catering?
Are you a strong, passionate and dedicated Catering / Multi Site General Manager in a commercial site?
Can you drive the business forward and improve the services and standards?
The ideal candidate will be an experienced General Manager from a large commercial contract catering operation whom is currently managing a team of 10 - 30 seasonal staff and actively supervises a turnover of £ 1.2 million. You will be working for a contract Caterer who cares about quality of service and food. The operation you will be managing comprises of modern restaurants, coffee shops, deli bars, grab and go areas as well as hospitality meeting and event room.
You will also need to be financially strong, focused, incredibly pro-active and able to prove that you can drive sales forward. Having good attention to detail and being able to make things happen is key to this role. You must engage your team and your customers and you must enjoy the hands on approach.
