We have substantial showroom space that we would like to offer to household furnishing and related products companies, who would benefit from good "out of town" showroom space, but without the associated overheads involved. We also hope to be able to offer a '"pooled" advertising budget, which means that each company will get maximum exposure, but again without the large costs.

We are particularly looking for furniture (ideally good quality, even bespoke), kitchen companies, bedroom furniture, restoration companies as well as tiling, flooring, decorative and lighting companies who may benefit from reduced overhead costs, joint advertising, and other benefits.

The facility can offer an opportunity also for manufacturing to take place at the same building, as well as showroom space as well.

We are located approximately 15-20 minutes from Leeds centre, and around 5 minute drive from Pudsey. There is ample parking, as well as a proposed cafe and other facilities.

We are aiming for a one-stop-shop for all household needs - ie flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, tiling, decorative art products, lighting, and even gardening products - basically everytrhing to do with the home!
