ROLE: Customer Sales Representatives

STATUS: Full Time / Permanent

SALARY: £15,963 starting + Bonus

HOURS: 36 hours per week (Only 4 shifts per week)
3 evening shifts between 3.00pm – 1.30am
1 day shift between 8.00am – 6.30pm

LOCATION: Leeds – Stourton – LS98

DETAILS:
Our client is a leading telephone and internet banking organisation with a large call centre in Leeds. They are looking to recruit Customer Sales Representatives to handle all the inbound customer calls, providing the best customer service at all times.
Shits are longer than usual but only 4 per week, so you have 3 days off. They offer an excellent starting salary plus generous bonus & incentives.
Full training will be given.

DUTIES:

· Taking all inbound customer calls.
· Giving excellent customer service.
· Advising customers on services and new products during the call.
· Completing information on the client database.
· Observing all security checks and data protection.
· Listening to customer needs and acting on the information given.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

· Excellent customer service.
· Good telephone manner
· Able to provide written evidence of address details for the past 5 years.
· Able to successfully pass a credit check.
· Good keyboard and PC skills.
· Articulate.
· Good basic standard of education.
