Sales Administrator
Sales Administrator required to work in LS11 area of Leeds. Duties will include all office administration so you must be able to multi-task and be able to prioritise your own workload. You must have working experience of Microsoft excel and word. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner.
Responsibilities include:-
• e-mail and diary management
• Monitoring staff holidays and sickness
• Dealing with company expenses
• Listening to sales calls
• Monitoring sales activity and lead qualification
• Client and staff Liaison
• Processing invoices
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
20 – 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, between 9am - 5.30pm. Salary negotiable depending on experience
